真理就是宇宙人生。

Truth is the reality of the universe and life.

记得儿时唱国际歌的时候，印象最为深刻的是：“满腔的热血已经沸腾，要为真理而斗争。“那时候，虽然感觉到“真理”二字很神圣，却不明其意，几十年来我一直在找寻答案。

真理到底是什么，今天终于有些明了：真理就是宇宙人生，或者是万事万物的真实之相，真实之相是永恒不变的，它不会因人、因事、因时而发生任何的改变。所以真理不是谁发明创造的，真理只是人们对它的认知程度不同而已。

真理的另一个代名词就是“道”。人们普遍认为道是修成的。换言之，觉悟真理是修出来的。其实不然，道是悟在先、修在后，没有开悟真理之道。我们如何修行呢？修是明了之后的行为，也叫修为，同时也是悟道前提下的行为。

不悟而修，是盲修，盲修是带着欲望和妄想的修，而恰恰被欲望和妄想所束缚，其结果是“如露亦如电，应作如是观”。悟道之后的修行是天人合一的境界。记得一位觉悟的大师说过一段话，其大意是这样：觉悟前是当局者迷，开悟后是旁观者清；觉悟前是为成功而拼命，开悟后是无事以取天下；觉悟前以局部看局部，以现象看现象，觉悟后以整体看局部，以本质看现象；觉悟前我在矛盾中生活，觉悟后我在圆满中存在，以道立天下，抱一为天下式。

When I remember singing the International Song when I was a child, my most impression was: “The blood is boiling, to fight for truth”. “At that time, I felt that the word “truth” was sacred, but I did not understand its meaning. I have been looking for the answers for decades.

What is the truth at the end? It is finally clear today: Truth is the reality of the universe and life, or the true reality of all things.

The reality of truth is eternal. It does not change due to a person, an event, or time. Therefore, the truth is not who invented and created. The truth is that the people have awareness of it at different degrees.

Another synonym for truth is “Tao”. It is generally believed that Tao was cultivated. In other words, the realization of the truth was cultivated. In actual fact, the Tao is realized first, and practice after. There is no way to enlighten the truth. How do we practice? The practice is the act after understanding, it is also known as cultivation; it is also the act of enlightenment of Tao.

Therefore, practice is changeable, impermanent and promising.

At the same time, it is also a constant birth and death. There is no end for the spiritual practice, but the consciousness is only at one conception. Therefore, consciousness is the innateness, and practice is the end of cultivation. The end of the practice cannot be reversed; the consciousness is the body, and cultivation is for use; the body and use are in one. That is the ways of the nature.

To practice without understanding is to practice blindly.Blindly practicing is a practice with desire and delusion. It is precisely bound by desires and delusions. The result is that “Like dew or like electricity, it should be seen that way”. The practice after enlightenment is the realm of the unity of the heaven and the man. I remember that a master of enlightenment said such a paragraph, the general idea is this: Before the enlightenment is the superstition of the party; after enlightenment is the bystander who i s clear; before enlightenment is to desperate for success, after enlightenment is nothing that can be taken from the world; before enlightenment is local Look at the local phenomenon, and see the phenomena through phenomena. After awakening, look at the local with a whole view, and see the phenomenon as an essence. Before awakening, I lived incontradictions. Aftermy enlightenment, I existed in my satisfactory, to stand with the Tao, and hold one for the world.
