谢晗剑

张韧
秘猿首席科学家，毕业于鲁汶大学 COSIC 研究组，在国际顶级密码学及区块链会议上发表过多篇论文，曾在 Blockstream 与 Pieter Wuillie、Gregory Maxwell 共同工作。目前，张韧博士受邀担任信息安全四大顶会之一 NDSS 2021和2022年审稿人，区块链领域顶级会议 FC 2021和2022年审稿人。
肖雪洁
秘猿首席技术官，Ex-Googler，曾就读于美国雪城大学，2018年加入秘猿后专注于Nervos CKB VM 的研究和技术团队管理。

Blockchain EngineerResponsibilities
- Design and implement the sidechain solution for Nervos Network.
- Explore new frontiers that can push the boundaries of the Nervos Layer-2 ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in software development.
- Proficiency in C/C++/Rust language.
- Familiarity with Ethereum, Bitcoin, or other blockchain projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of sidechain and other scaling solutions, e.g. Substrate, Cosmos ABI, and/or rollups.
- Experience maintaining open source projects in Rust.
- Knowledge of common cryptography, such as PKI, commit-reveal schema and VRF.
Senior Blockchain EngineerResponsibilities
- Design and build layer 2 blockchain on top of Nervos CKB.
- Identify and debug performance issues to improve layer 2 blockchains.
- Explore new frontiers that can push the boundaries of the whole Nervos CKB ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the software development field.
- Proficiency in at least one system language, including Rust, C/C++.
- Experience with high performance multi-threaded software systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferable Qualifications
- Experience working with open source projects.
- Experience in modern distributed systems is preferred.
- Experience working on Bitcoin or other permission-less blockchain.
Integration EngineerResponsibilities
- Work with internal teams to learn about latest advancements in the Nervos ecosystem.
- Work together with external teams to integrate actual dapps with protocols in the Nervos ecosystem.
- Build and demonstrate new inventions at different conferences and meetups.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in the software development field.
- Proficiency in at least one widely used language, e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, etc.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience communicating with clients is preferred.
- Experience working with blockchain related projects.
- Experience working with open source projects.
Senior ResearcherResponsibilities
- Extract meaningful research topics from the Nervos ecosystem.
- Deliver practical solutions to the extracted topics if they fall within the candidate's specialty, and publish papers at reputable venues.
- If the topic is outside the candidate's specialty, the candidate can lead collaboration with colleges/community experts and deliver practical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- The candidate holds a Ph.D. degree in Cryptography/Information Security/Applied Mathematics or related fields.
- The candidate has published papers at CORE A or A+ conferences.
- English as a working language.
