In the day and age, a host of people have a tendency to avoid the responsibility they should assume in the general routine of everyday life. They are reluctant to assume vital tasks in life and study, instead focusing on their own personal matters. Yet one's ultimate success is largely dependent on having the character to accept and fulfill the responsibility.

The sense of responsibility is a precious moral quality in a person. No matter who you are, having the sense of responsibility can win others' respect and trust, which enhance close interpersonal relationship. Additionally, it can assist a person in attaining greater achievement. By proving themselves faithful in small things, a person can expect to be given greater responsibility, and hence greater opportunity. By contrast, if someone shows little responsibility in small areas of daily life, they will lose trust and be unable to maintain an interpersonal circle.

From my perspective, it is undeniable that greater possibilities for success may be achieved if a sense of responsibility plays a primary part in one's life.

As a member of our own family, although we play the roles of sons and daughters, we have already been adults, so it is necessary to undertake the family responsibility rather than relying on our parents all the time.

The importance of having the sense of family responsibility can be thought as below. For one thing, not only should our parents look after our grandparents but also cover the expense of the whole family, so we ought to share the duty and reduce the burden of our parents to take care of our family. For another, having the sense of family responsibility is not equal to making money by doing part time jobs, we are supposed to be concerned with the feeling and health condition of our parents, which makes them feel our support and love.

In a nutshell, as youth in new era, without basic responsibility to our family, we cannot play more roles in the society, let alone be the successor of socialist cause.

There are several factors accountin for this perspective and the following are the most typical ones. First and foremost, a strong sense of community responsibility is helpful to develop harmonious interpersonal relationships. As we all know, we are very likely to spend more time with our colleagues than our families after entering the workplace. Therefore, the sound working atmosphere and interpersonal relationships among employees are crucial to both physical and mental pleasure. In addition, community responsibility can improve efficiency. In the fast-paced modern society, time is money and efficiency holds the key to saving time. As the saying goes, two heads are better than one. So great importance should be attached to the cultivation of the sense of community responsibility and we will eventually benefit from it.

The great difference in learning outcomes, especially among those who are almost equally hardworking, has triggered a controversial issue as to the importance of motivation and methods for learning. Views on the topic vary greatly among people from different walks of life. Some believe that motivation and methods are the main factors accounting for the learning effect, but others consider them less important than hardworking.

I personally agree with the former for the reasons presented below. Before learning, it is motivation that gets a person started. Without motivation -- that is, without interest or an exam that drives you to learn -- you won't even start the learning process, and naturally there won't be any outcome. During learning, it is again the motivation that encourages the learner not to give up half way. And this is when great methods come along. With proper methods, learning becomes easier and hence less frustrating because a learner can usually achieve more with less learning materials or practice. Consequently, it boosts motivation as well. However, hardworking with improper methods results in failure to produce positive outcome, and aggravates the feeling of frustration.

From my perspective, it is crucial that we understand and accept the fact that motivation and methods are more critical to learning than hardworking. Only in this way can we make full use of our efforts and have better learning outcomes.

For example, you may have a different perspective on how a task will proceed with your college, if you understand that it is natural that people could have different perspectives because of diverse upbringing and education, quarrels could be avoided and a solution might be found. Hardly can anyone achieve success in his career without the assistance of his colleagues and communication with his partners. As grows increasingly fierce, we must defeat our rivals through powerful team work. Take basketball star Yao Ming for an example.
