如何评价Unity用户协议2.4条款？

看到这条新闻以后，我直接去官网看了一下协议。这个2.4条来自于Unity Experimental Build/Beta Additional Terms（翻译为Unity实验版/ Beta附加条款） 原文如下：

2.4 Streaming and Cloud Gaming Restrictions: You may not directly or indirectly distribute Your Project Content that is interactive by means of streaming or broadcasting Your Project Content that is primarily executed on a server and transmitted over the Internet or other network to end user devices without a separate license from Unity. This restriction does not prevent end users from remotely accessing Your Project Content from an end user device that is running on another end user device.

然而问题是，如果你现在直接去百度这个Unity的这个条款，哪怕你只搜索“Unity 用户协议”，也只能看到题主说的新闻。“禁止开发网游”是一个大西瓜然后吃瓜开发者就开始嗨了。
首先它这个协议仅限于云端游戏和流媒体，此外对于使用此类技术的游戏他不管用户与用户间的传输。只管无Unity许可的，由你服务器到玩家客户端的传输。
所以目前来看，国内的绝大多数在线游戏开发者可以松一口气，而单机独游开发者基本上就连热闹都没得凑。但是我现在比较担心的是以后只要涉及网络连接就必须用他Unity提供的解决方案而不能用别的轮子，不过这个我觉得Unity应该不会作死强推的，毕竟就冲它现在这个国内网络质量……
