Unreal Engine Launcher 的登陆问题

听到一些反馈,说虚幻引擎的登陆器各种登陆不上。确实有不少同学有这方面的问题,有些问题可能是可以被解决的,有些问题课能真的比较困难,好像也没有看到中文资源下有一个比较明确的说明,所以想在这里提供一个可能对大家有帮助的信息的文章,为虚幻引擎的小伙伴说明一下遇到登录问题怎么办。
以下信息截止到 2020/04/02,后续可能有持续的网络改进,地址也许会有变化,看将来是否还需要更新这篇文章。

主要素材都来自以下几个官方链接,这里不搬运了,请仔细阅读这些链接内容。但针对这些链接想补充一些内容。
本文补充说明

1)关于 Open DNS 和 Google DNS 的说明
除非你完全了解 DNS 运作方式并了解自己的网络可以使用 OpenDNS 或者 GoogleDNS,否则请大家不要使用 OpenDNS 和 GoogleDNS。还是尽量使用 ISP 提供的 DNS 服务。
2)关于科学上网的说明
如果你能够正确的理解并使用科学上网,那么可以尝试使用科学上网来更好的登录Epic的账号。但如果你对科学上网不是十分了解,我再这里想建议大家不要采用科学上网的方式来解决Epic Launcher 的登陆问题。原因是 Epic 再尽最大的可能性保证国内的开发者能够顺利的登录,而很多科学上网的软件,比如某某加速器,会使得操作系统的网络环境变得更为复杂,导致 Epic Launcher 为国内优化的网络特性没有起效,同时海外的网络连接也没有起效,给解决问题带来更多干扰的信息。
3) 动物图像转圈圈
看到有人反馈说转圈圈来验证自己是人类而非机器这个步骤出现误判,或者误操作,也有人说自己转了15个小动物还是没通过验证……这个只能请大家多尝试一下。大部分情况下只需要转1、2个就好了。我能说的是把小动物的图像转正,看得顺眼,好像大部分时候看四只脚拉平就好了,偶尔有几个动物有透视关系,四只脚其实不应该拉平而是看整体是正的而不是斜的。这个问题导致的登陆错误这里也不再展开。。。
4) 二次验证
有一部反馈说二次验证的验证码邮箱收不到。通常这是邮箱的问题而不是连接性的问题,可能的做法是换一个邮箱。比较多听到的反馈是 qq 邮箱在收取二次验证码有问题。如果是这个问题的小伙伴可以尝试换个邮箱注册Epic的账号。这个问题导致的登陆错误这里不再展开。
5)问题的反馈
如果按照上述说明都做了相关检查执行,仍然登陆有问题,欢迎讲问题按照下面的步骤获取后反馈给 Epic 中国团队。请直接讲打包内容反馈到邮箱 egc-community@epicgames.com 去。包括:
邮件标题:Launcher 登录出错邮件内容:
排除故障截图(下文提到)PingResult 截图(下文提到)启动程序调试日志(下文提到)您的 ISP 信息,比如上海电信,山东移动,四川联通,武汉教育网,等

收集信息的步骤并提供反馈

1)打开登陆器

3) Launcher 会测试各个所需链接的连通性,等待诺干秒,得到下面这个界面
4) 这里可能看到有些网站没有联通,那需要你帮忙执行下面这个文件

小结

Launcher 之于中国用户的使用体验,Epic 这边一直在做更新,随着引擎整合的服务越来越多(有了 Store,有了 EpicID,有了Crossplatform,有了Quixel,有了Twinmotion),难免使用上有些起伏,也感谢各位虚幻引擎社区小伙伴的支持,希望大家持续给 Epic 反馈,帮助 Epic 将软件做的更好。
